A little island and its short stories.
Project made from regular walks on Bull Island, just 20 minutes from Dublin's city centre, a place where dubliners go for a sea bath, a walk or for chilling in a quiet place.
After several years, memories start to fade, and when we revisit our origins and places from our childhood, reality and memories become a puzzle, distorted and amid of mixed feelings.
I grew up in the country, and I didn't care about the place when I was a kid, didn't even realize how beautiful it was. Now I'm living abroad, away from my roots, and now I care.
And although nostalgia can be dangerous, it's necessary.
Discovering and preserving impressions of a new life in a new country.
An ongoing and maybe endless chronological project.
The images in these series are an attempt to capture beauty in these places where industrial sites meet nature, the beauty that exists between the decay and the ordinary life. The aim here is to seek for harmony out of an assortment of abandoned objects, abandoned places, nature and industrial landscapes.

A document of how life goes on and adapts alongside Ruta 9, the southernmost road in the south american continent.
Located in the Magallanes Province, Chile, the road covers an isolated place, with extreme weather conditions, low population density, and, last but no least, a region of unique beauty in the whole world.
These series cover Ruta 9 in all its length, from Fuerte Bulnes, in the south, to Cerro Castillo, in the north, and also its surroundings, like the tremendous Torres del Paine National Park and some islands.
